300 Seconds: Listen
This is already a lengthy issue, so if you have just 300 seconds to devote to marketing today, repeat yesterday’s task. Choose a different table to freshen, or move on to the next shelf.
While you perform this task, however, I want to you prep for tomorrow’s 300 Seconds session: tune in and listen when a someone on staff answers the bookstore phone. Just listen. We’ll take mental notes tomorrow.
