If you’re like me, you started this week with a to-do list with lofty aspirations. And if you’re like me, that list remains intact, with nothing crossed off.
Today, let’s tackle one thing on the list. Just one thing. And we’ll work on it for only 300 seconds. If we can accomplish the task in 5 minutes, great. If 5 minutes magically turns into 45 minutes, even better. If we have to stop after 5 minutes, well, we’re at least 5 minutes further along in the task than before we began.
