300 Seconds: Refresh Your Front Page

Take 300 seconds today and look at the front page of your website. Remove anything that is outdated. If your site is up-to-date, but hasn’t changed for a while, add some new content or rearrange a few things.

For some customers, their only interaction with your store will be through your website. This is why updating the front page is as important as changing a window display. If the site looks the same every time they visit, they will assume that it hasn’t been updated and their online shopping will be neglected.

If you still have time left in your 300 seconds, while you’re on your front page click through all of the links to make sure they’re landing where they should.
