“Dads Love Local” Display Contest
Arcadia Publishing & The History Press announced a new display contest yesterday. Retailers from around the country are invited to enter the Dads Love Local Display Contest.
The store that creates the best display featuring local products from its area will receive one four-day/three-night trip to Charleston, SC, for two adults. (Prize details can be found below.) The contest opens on June 1, 2015, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on June 19, 2015, 11:59:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The winner will be chosen on June 23, notified by e-mail and announced in Shelf Awareness.
To request promotional materials for display and customer give-away use, email Katie Parry at email@example.com. Participants can enter the contest by emailing photos to the same address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Contest participants are encouraged to share their photos on social media with #DadsLoveLocal. There is no fee to enter. Prize details: The grand prize winner will receive one four-day/three-night trip to Charleston, SC, for two adults. The prize includes round-trip air transportation between a major airport near the winner’s home and Charleston, SC; three nights’ hotel accommodation at the Mills House Hotel in Charleston; meals at some of Charleston’s most popular restaurants; transportation to and from the airport in Charleston; (two) three-day Heritage Passports from Charleston Heritage Federation; and a Charleston Swag Bag from the Charleston Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
