I recently saw an article about Susan Orlean’s “Ask Me Anything” session on Skillshare, in which she allowed her students a question/answer session in addition to the the typical video education sessions. I thought, ‘Wow. Susan Orlean teaches a writing class on Skillshare?’ Although I’m a Skillshare member, I hadn’t stumbled upon any writing classes. But it’s amazing what you can find when you actually look for something.
I discovered the class that Susan Orlean teaches is called Creative Nonfiction: Write Truth with Style.
I discovered that James Franco teaches a class called Introduction to Screenwriting for Short Films. Seth Goden offers a class called The Modern Marketing Workshop. And Peter Mendelsund has a class called Read, Think, Design: Create Stunning Book Covers.
