Dear Malala, We Stand With You
In this video, Rosemary McCarney talks about her book–Dear Malala, We Stand With You—which is a letter to 2014 Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai. It is show of support and a call to action for girls around the world.
Yousafzai wrote in a letter to McCarney: “Rosemary, by writing this book, you and Plan Canada have provided a powerful voice and hope to millions of girls around the world. Together, we will continue to highlight the courage and bravery of girls through education to recognize their potential and be agents of change in their communities.”
