Elizabeth Bluemle, the co-owner of the Flying Pig Bookstore in Shelburne, Vt., visited with Audie Cornish on NPR’s All Things Considered about how booksellers should promote diverse books.

Elena Ferrante granted Vogue a rare interview through which she revealed ‘the personal origins of her Neapolitan novels.’

And Algonquin Books of Chapel Hill paired each title on their Fall 2014 list with a different song and shared the playlist on their blog. They wrote, “In most cases, the pairings came about because these songs have been running through our heads ever since we dove into these outstanding books in manuscript form.”
