One of the top rules in marketing is to know your audience. I’m very aware of how hectic it is at a bookstore in December, so I made the decision to take it easy on you with fewer emails. A “300 Seconds” suggestion can feel like a resented chore when you’re up to your eyeballs in special orders, gift cards and Scotch tape.
But after this weekend, the break’s over. I’ll be back with planning calendars and other whatnot so we can attack 2016 (and any hint of a slow season) with moxie.
