Quick & Dirty Results: Vacations
In a recent Quick & Dirty Survey, I asked, “Do you take a vacation?”
57% of respondents said YES
14% of respondents said NO
29% of respondents said YES AND NO
Well, I’m assuming the NOs were “No.” They were more like this:
HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Vacation? What is this ‘vacation’?
Many of the YES AND NO responses said they try to get away, but they’re never fully disconnected from the store, often working from wherever they are. Some said their only ‘vacations’ are going to book conferences. And one bookstore owner said she and her husband get away, but never at the same time. She wrote, “Our 6 grandkids probably do not think we live together!”
