Tuesday Handsells
It’s Tuesday, and it’s time to work the phones. Especially if your bookstore is in that swath of the United States under a fresh blanket of snow. Although personal face-to-face bookselling is preferred, reaching out over the phones or through email is completely acceptable.
So many books were released today that can be appropriately matched to just about any reader. Use your POS sales history or just brainstorm a list of folks to call. Do you offer shipping? Remember to mention that, as well.
